  • CUSTOMER RIGHTS

    The Customer shall have the following rights: 

    1. Right to Information – To review and understand all terms, conditions, and details of any product or service offered by the Bank or Financial Institution, and to request sufficient explanations to ensure full comprehension and compliance.
    2. Right to Access Documentation – To request, read, and obtain in advance a copy of any document or text referenced in any contract to be signed with the Bank or Financial Institution.
    3. Right to Cost Disclosure – To request that the Bank or Financial Institution disclose the actual cost of the product or service, including any applicable insurance costs, and to be informed of the methodology used to calculate lending or deposit interest rates.
    4. Right to Suitable Products and Services – To obtain any product or service that is appropriate for the Customer’s request, profile, and understanding of the potential financial risks associated with such product or service.
    5. Right to Account Statements – To receive, for each product or service, a periodic and detailed statement of account.
    6. Right to Submit Claims – To submit internal claims regarding any product or service and to request from the Bank or Financial Institution an explanation of the claim submission procedure, the time frame for notification of the outcome, and the mechanism used for handling such claims.
    7. Right to Digital Access – To access the account through the Bank’s devices and digital platforms without the need for physical access to any branch.
    8. Exclusive Use of Digital Platform – The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all account operations shall be conducted exclusively through the Bank’s digital platform.
  • CUSTOMER DUTIES

    The Customer shall have the following duties:

    1. Duty of Accuracy – To provide true, complete, and accurate information when completing any form provided by the Bank or Financial Institution, and to refrain from providing any false or misleading information.
    2. Duty of Disclosure – To disclose all existing financial obligations when applying for any product or service, without prejudice to the rights granted to customers under the Banking Secrecy Law.
    3. Duty to Update Information – To update personal information provided to the Bank or Financial Institution on an ongoing basis and whenever requested to do so.
    4. Duty to Comply – To comply with the terms and conditions governing any chosen product or service.
    5. Duty to Report Unauthorized Activity – To promptly notify the Bank or Financial Institution of any unauthorized or unknown activity on the Customer’s account.
    6. Duty to Provide Contact Information – To provide the Bank or Financial Institution with accurate contact details, including home address, work address, email address, postal address, and telephone number, and to notify the Bank of any changes to such information to ensure effective communication and the protection of personal data
  • INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER

    The Customer shall adhere to the following instructions:

    1. Confidentiality of Banking Information – The Customer shall not, under any circumstances, share any information relating to their bank account or any other sensitive banking or personal data with third parties.
    2. Obligation in Case of Financial Difficulties – In the event of financial difficulties that may prevent the Customer from meeting their obligations or paying installments on time, the Customer shall promptly contact the Bank or Financial Institution to explore possible solutions, including the rescheduling of obligations.
